he acted as if he was speaking for the others, doesn't necessarily means he is the leader, could simply be the face of the group.
They had decided to at least for now have Harribel act like she was the leader publicly since that was the assumption Aizen had made given that she had been the leader of the Tres Bestias. This would allow them to hide Hisashi's position a little from the rest of Las Noches and get the others to underestimate him some. The other option would have been Nelliel, but though she was powerful and caring she didn't make for a great leader. - Commandant_Aeon2mthCommentedHarribel looked back at her friends and was unsure what to think. I'm pretty sure I was getting somewhere with the chick too, she got a good laugh out of it when I claimed if I bounced a fifty pence piece off her ass it'd hit the moon. Without problem.

Everyone : it ain't powerful and yet you nerf him me : Thank god that CONCEPTUAL power is limited. (Conceptual as in altering a basic concept of the world. The Rulebook is quite litteraly WORLD BENDING as it impose rules that were uttered on everyone caught in it. It's insane)

oh... so this is where the misunderstanding began. It was twice the power then, but nothing was garantying that it stays at doubling.

nope, as shown by Trelawney during the third book, a prophecy is a very specific state that a true seer enter unvoluntarily and divulge what IS to come while a scry or a glance through any tools outside of the state is used to say what MAY come. Divination was reduced to simply prophecy only because of the movies, but book canon (and thus canon period for magic) indicate that while you will do so much more with the gift, you still can do a lot without.

... Woman, humiliating Hogwarts would only further the point that your ideology is a failure on all accounts, cause the inertia of the previous decision has yet to fully dissipate. You'll need to do that in five to seven years, when the effect would be easily noted even without your daft idea.
