if the choice is between those two, I'd vote FoL here. Reason being, FoL is generally more crafty in their way of approaching and causing trouble, we've yet to see a more direct clash with them. And also...the spacetime technology seems to be pretty in line with FoL's tech. Spacetime Splicing just seems like a worse version of whatever the Federation uses to teleport their troops on top of the battlefield.

He cant beat Manison yet...he still needs better blueprints and a way to deal with all the Virtual Lives before he can think about it.
