Before settling into sleep, Cain grants his companions the [Crushing Tentacles] ability, so they will all have a ranged Mythic attack and control ability if they are attacked. The bunnies couldn't tell them much about the difference in durability between the ranks, only about the damage reduction that he already knew. I have to go with real-world. Don't back down on the darker subjects, writing is an expression of art and should not be "glossed over" because there are some things that do, or could, happen, realistically, everyday somewhere in the world. The people that are offended want to turn a blind eye to the cruelty that goes on every day. Don't get me wrong, I read Solo Leveling, it's good, I like it. But this book. Your book. It's based off of an offshoot of our reality, and the darker side of human nature is a part of that reality too.

Eno is an Original, though. As far as we know, currently, Originals are. Well, Original vampires. Vampires not only have a different sense of "family" to humanity, I find it hard to believe that Eno, with as long as he has lived and apathetic as he appears to be most of the time, would likely not care about "one frail human child". But with Bliss's ability to see the future, she would more then be able to see the path before him, had he inherited his human families legacy(the vampire book) and had, atleast, his basic needs met vs him, literally, being thrown into 'complete orphanage' and, ultimately, likely worsening his world view.
'Did Eno really support me during that whole time? It wouldn't be the first time he had hidden things from me.' Quinn wondered. Of course asking Eno was an option, but since Quinn didn't fully trust him and the old man hadn't come forward on his own to share that information, it would be safer to find out about his past as a member of the 'Talen family' on his own. I could be wrong here.. But isn't the Original of the second family Tempus? I accept that my memory can be faulty from moment to moment, but he's working closely with Bryce.. Sooo. That would be extremely unlikely, in my opinion. Not to mention Oscar is human to boot.

He's over 7x the size of the other Guardians, or it's a typo and suppose to be 5 meters?
At over 25 meters tall, he did not look like the other Oracle Guardians. Although vaguely humanoid, his narrow head was mounted on a very long neck and he was what a brachiosaurus might have become with several billion more years of evolution if the dinosaurs had not gone extinct on Earth. He had seven large calloused fingers on each hand and was massively muscular to support his thick armor which would have been more appropriate on a mecha than a living being. - KhaosKaster2yrReplied to Xela_Stone
