A little late lol, but yes he is.
I scanned through the parchment, and my eyes widened in disbelief. The words seemed to blur together momentarily as I tried to make sense of what I was seeing. 'Hufflepuff' I repeated in my mind. The name echoed like a distant memory, stirring up a whirlwind of thoughts. Could it be possible? Was I truly related to one of the founders of Hogwarts? And if so, what did that mean for me?

This was a better idea to see whether his powers will work against Logia or not, since its Smoker, even if his powers don't work, its possible for him to run away from him. But he rather now now before he ended up fighting someone like a Admiral, only to later learn that he had no way to hit them.

'Would I need Haki to handle Logia ? Or ROFA would do ?' Yuta ponder now, though he don't know much about One Piece but he got thought the basic information when he skip through the manga last time, at least he know something about the power system by now, and he had to say that logia was a complete cheat.
