I mean yes, that is the case. But divine weapon is just a name for weapons that speed up cultivation. A school that focuses on the subject would of course ask such a task to it's student since themselves are special. In a sense it means that anyone could become a blacksmith but not anyone could be a special forger or whatever we called them. So for the majority of people those blueprints are priceless but for the students it's the basic thing they should do- As they have the talent for it.

Bruh, most of the comments be talking about the plot and all, but I just wanted to envy Moby. I mean, if only my tablet would charge as fast as the system (who had the time to power up before the buy lost his conscious, which BTW could go up to 5 sec max.). And like that's the only thing that is enviable (not used as an insult, but his life is, uh, trash, let's say). I probably already read this book but I'm not that sure yet- and I'm not talking about the similarities between it and vamp system one. Anyway thanks for the chapter
