lv, 1 could be barely understanding the language lv.2 could be can speak with broken words lv.3 could be can speak fluently lv.4 can understand the language no matter how difficult an accent or speech impediment makes it lv.5 could be that you get a deeper of the language and be able to "read inbetween the lines" no matter what they say, you'll understand what they are trying to convey. idk, just seemed like I could give some ideas. even if they suck lol

and I guess all nobility takes 8 months to talk? water bending is just what it is, bending water. if it outputted the energy it says then your no longer bending water. if I remember correctly it was 100x times the energy of the tesseract (which is an infinity stone mind you, and there's only 6) and if it was 100x then he'd have more power than the infinity stones x100. all I can say it that people in relationships need good communication, too many decent relationships fail because of the lack of talking. and rushed relationships don't help, I've seen people marry in a year of meeting eachother, one was unlucky enough to have a marriage after a month. sure, these quick marriages could go well but most of the time they don't. do what my grandparents did and wait a good few years lol. time is your greatest ally in this case. don't lose hope guys, it's never truly over untill your dead and hopefully your willing to endure the hardships of life to have the permission to tell your kids how hard it was in your day. 😄

I believe that the world population might take a dive in a decade or 2, as when the oldies pass on, due to the fear described here there will be less children taking their place. maybe it won't go down, but I'm certain that it'll stagnate.

where on earth does it say he gets Vega- who ever's intelligence? yeah, synopsis maybe but where in the story? why is he just "only natural I get this"? Did he wish for this? why Vega-whomever, why not just be smart? I know it doesn't matter but I'm just confused enough to ask
