I'm glad this was addressed. However, if Rosalia didn't care for him so much why was she so mad about her sister and the prince. I mean I understand the insult, but from what I gathered so far about the plot she wasn't considered she made a passing comment about her being a demon in a previous chapter.
Breaking the engagement was a no go, Rosalia certainly tried looking for ways in her preteen years when forced to spend more time with that insufferable prince. She's a silly girl but she gets things done when she puts her mind to it. She certainly had enough money and connections to make things happen. - Sami_20853yrCommented

I'm not sure the time period. I'm assuming maybe the grandma is biased or maybe the mother is a second wife I wonder why it is such a big deal that she has to cross dress.
