Okay, okay, I see many improvements. Skepticism is one of the many things personnel hold when an SCP is doing anything . Good job, author. I loved this chapter. No criticism here!
He could have waited for the MTF to show up, but he would have revealed his power. As 049 would have been already caught with people there to witness his true power. That’s a better trade. Sacrifice Metaknowledge or information on your main ability.
It would have been easier to just wait for Nine-Tailed Fox, but he wouldn’t have gotten 049’s power that way, so it seems like a fair thing to do.
Hopefully.. It just feels so far from the original morally grey universe. As an avid fan of SCP, it feels like torture seeing the Foundation act like ‘good guys’ and chaos insurgency act like ‘bad guys’. But it’s mostly interpretation, anyway.
Still, I just have a huge problem with the author presenting the foundation as ‘the good guys.” It’s super annoying as it strays from the idea “We die in the dark so you can live in the light.” They commit atrocities so people can live in ignorance and bliss. A morally grey foundation.
Still, that proves me right. They’ll only look at him when there's no hope left. And when that day comes, would the MC need humanity? Really? Isn't personality one of the main parts of the story? What novels have you been reading to lower your standards that much?
You really have a lot of faith in humanity.. If humans were to find a man who could infinitely regenerate and kill people with a touch, do you think they would try and keep him locked up in fear of their safety, or do you think they would have open arms for him? Also, doesn't the MC’s personality seem sooooo bland? I can barely feel the personality.
Will you finally listen to my criticism?
