Aside from the crossovers, I like the plot of the story as it build a proper foundation at the beginning.

The fact that the MC will randomly hop to other dimensions, I sort of feel like it might be tricky to build a sustainable plot. Unless he ends up in the SCP foundation custody, he will have to rely more on self sustaining rather than having to interact with someone for an exchange as a merchant then poof, he’s gone. Overall, I think it has some potential when you mention the usage of other scps. I couldn’t elaborate how dense the scp universe lore is, but I do know that it’s possible to achieve the results you might look for.
