Just saying, your missing 16 chapters, as of today, for this month. I stopped counting the number of gifts you’ve recieved to generate “bonus” chapters, yeah the same ones you used to fill in your missing dailies, but if Silent was right then it’s 15 bonus plus 1 missing daily to catch back up. This novel is so poorly edited that it is not worth paying for. The characters are shallow and flippant. The story is like a newbie driving stick accelerate into a jerking stop then repeat until the car stalls. The progression of the protagonist is stupid fast (in the amount of time that actually passes) but since there’s practically no point of comparison besides *dire warnings* for his family we as readers have no true understanding of his power. Introduction of major characters and significant side characters happens every other chapter but literally nothing happens with them, usually this would be the sign of a huge foundation to a several thousand chapter webnovel but instead it’s just… trash. Alena is blind and weak but a failed warrior princess. Her father hates the husband but protects the whole family instead of just taking his wayward daughter back. Yohans father hates him enough to try and kill him in THE FIRST CHAPTER but then turns around and wants only the best for his boy. Diya is a commoner orphan raised by relatives who sell her into slavery but now she’s some unique genius who has ludicrously powerful people looking for her (oh and no one recognizes her at all). The elder of the blossomwhatever sect doesn’t even recognize the scion of a major clan from her own sect, nor is she aware of a MAJOR EVENT that led to the abandonment of her sect by same said scion. Super assassin fails to kill Yohan and then becomes a sniveling simp before a weaker cultivator. The CLAN HEAD of the same assassin clan dies when attempting to pull from the civil war to a cultivator almost 2 MAJOR REALMS below him all for half baked plot progression. Author has writen the War Goddess as an overly emotional toddler who either gets what she wants or kills the ‘offender’ but somehow Yohan can come and go in her domain as he pleases. The sex… this is some of the most generic, pathetic, and simplistic erotica I have ever seen. Don’t get me wrong simple is great, but the hollow imagery, repetitive dialogue, and easy women I’ve read about this far makes the whole thing seem superficial at best. Diya escapes being a sex slave only to give herself THE NEXT DAY to her savior. Natasha simps because he pulls her close after overwhelming her strength. And the little poison princess spreads her legs for nothing more than hero worship… THE PROTAGONIST IS ONE OF THOUSANDS IN THIS TINY KINGDOM AT HIS LEVEL HOW THE FUCK DOES SHE FALL FOR SOMEONE IF ITS JUST A POWER ATTRACTION?! Needless to say there is ALLOT more but key details to be aware of when appreciating my review are detailed for now.
