I have a weird idea that just popped in my head uhhh…. We don’t know much about the great clans… and sunny said he never really knew his dad and we don’t know about the other night clan or whatever but what if they are not part of storm god but actually shadow god and Sunny’s dad is a freaking sovereign…. Cause you have neph from the immortal flame, then mordret war god with valor bloodline and then sunny with… you know what i mean…. But just a thought

Maybe Weaver made the spell to be used when someone was “corrupted” and before they fully become a nightmare monster the spell sends them deep within themselves of their ancestors past as to where they get their aspects to awaken what’s deep inside of them and theirfore beating the corruption. And maybe ya it was gone for some time but maybe someone found it and released it to the world or a “chain” seal broke….
The very idea seemed strange and ridiculous. The Spell had appeared in the waking world, causing the first Nightmare Creatures to be made from the bodies of those infected by it, and for the first generation of the Awakened to be born. - Secha4mthCommented
This makes me wonder if the weaver is actually trying to help sunny through the spell, as he would have been a real slave to the shadow god through his aspect lineage but the weaver chose him to continue their fight against the gods gave him their blood therefore negating his bound to the shadow slave fully and with the [divinity] aspect thing and the [Fated] so he can use it to his advantage without being fully bound to the god down the road and also might happen that someone else mentioned that his aspect could evolve from [Shadow Slave] to [Shadow Daemon]
