I feel like thats kinda The point. I dont know like a whole bunch but from what I read azazoth is the creator of all things, just unitentionally. hes asleep in the middle of everything chaos and creation and he has “servants” (Not entirely sure of whos or whats) but they are keeping him asleep for if he awakens all of everything would return back to azazoth because Existence is his dream, and if he were to awaken then everything would return to him. so I thing Hes called that because hes completely unaware of everything, (Blind) and hes Unconscious (idiot kinda?) and he created everything (god) so Blind Idiot God.
