Have u read genetics in school? But Dominant genes are the genes that shows when u have pair of genes that says different things then depending on wich gene is dominant it will decide wich gene will be shown ex there is a black eye gene and a blue eye gene and because black eye is dominant it will be the gene that "shows". To have blue eyes (blue is recessive gene) you have to have a pair of blue eye gene so two blue eyed parents cant give birth to a black eyed kid because both parents can only give blue eye gene but two black eyed parents can give birth to blue eyed kids because they can carry the blue eye gene without it showing it because the black gene is dominant
