I think elbas was capable of doing because the ape was separated from its divine power (rune was off its body) and also Noah isn't as skilled as elbas in inscriptions.

There is something I don't understand here. Noah told June (and thus the Elvas family) that making a heroic cultivators into a hybrid is impossible due to their individuality. So why don't the Elbas family recreate the elemental forging method and use it on rank 3 cultivators?

late comment but not really a flaw.Heroic cultivators ate meant to enhance who they are so using Noah's method would damage them.His beast fusion would be more for human cultivators, maybe rank 3?
