yes, but toga can only turn into other people she has blood from and can't exactly change their proportions and shape, where as the previous power enables MC to change his shape and form, which let him turn into a cat (and have his normal face pop out in cat form.)

oh that's good to hear. sorry for the concern, I read a lot stories where the MC has weird and nonsensical with the power escalation and make the lamest excuses possible as to make the MC weak in situations where he shouldn't be and in some cases, make him too dumb to be allowed to use the power granted to him.

then why not give him limits to whatever he asks? like being incapable of altering established reality (as in, incapable of manipulating life and death forces, so he can't wish someone dead or bring them back to life without some loophole)?

Mui tenpen / Idle Transfiguration : When MC uses this technique on someone whose soul is stronger than his own, he has difficulty in shaping souls. It's like shaping a hardened play dough. This ability is not overly powerful. If the MC manages to use this ability on someone even a little bit, that person's soul loses its integrity over time and the target turns into a cursed soul.
