Perhaps...Perhaps not as Vashtorr knows how powerful Alexander and seeing the warp and decided not to distrurb him...Might as well kept on remaining as a balance on the side of chaos... as originally My chapters in the warhammer arc would be much longer to at least maim Tzeentch to get Magnus soul, but I took the Theory if Magnus gathered all his souls, then he would be freed from the Architect of Fate. As for the Fragment it is Magnus Telescope that he left behind... I wonder about that...
