It's a very VERY slow burn, which is most likely the reason for the lowering statistics. I'm personally enjoying the ride but most people prolly have ADHD brain and can't really wait for things to get to the more exciting stuff 100 chapters later haha. 40-50 chapters maybe but 100 chapters do feel really slow. Kinda reminds me of that one Iron Man fanfic where Stark was STILL a toddler after hundreds of chapters later. Do keep up the great job, though! It's awesome seeing more Slice of Life fanfics being published in this platform. Especially a non MTL and non Chinese fanfic like this one.

It's actually quite good not gonna lie. It's funny and was a fun read overall. The only thing I have gripes about is the romance side of things. I can't even call it a slow burn since almost nothing of note on the romance side of things has happened. Like the translator, I was actually beginning to suspect this was some Yaoi BS or a reverse harem(polyandry). It's been 120+ chapters and the MC is still being salty about his first rejection when he was 12 xD.

It would be a huge shame if you discontinue this. Annoying trolls such as this guy should just be ignored. Heck, you could also delete the message.

There's a couple I saw just by searching. The ones I saw were just 20+ and 2 chapters though. Would you mind pointing me to the one you're talking about? Thanks!

It's decent enough in my opinion, but the latter chapters just ended up devolving into a "Gotta Catch 'Em All!" Deus Ex Machina cliche that it kinda sapped all the lighthearted fun it had much earlier on. I don't think even the author could recall all the harem members with the sheer numbers lol. The plot later on just revolves around "Oh, a nice world" -> Using his immaculate and perfect image to 'catch' all the girls he takes a fancy to -> Leave -> Find a new one -> rinse and repeat. I had a bit of fun reading it earlier on but after many more repetition, it just became bland. The harem members went from, "Oh, that's quite good" to "Oh, she's a member of his harem? Damn, I completely forgot".

This is probably done by someone who just wanted to post this here so that he could archive it and read it for himself.

If you're looking for some information about this book before diving in and reading it, then look no further! The Writing Quality of this fanfiction is not something too glamorous or technical. If you looking for that kind of novel/fanfiction (a fanfiction that was written in a very professional manner), then you're better off looking for something else because this is just not it. This is also slow paced and DOES NOT have action in each and every chapter. This is not an Action novel but a Slice of Life one with bits and pieces of unprofessionally written action and/or comedy if you could call it that. Maybe skits or an attempt to be funny would be a better term. Story Development is nothing special. Again, this is a Wish Fulfillment fanfiction and the author clearly do not aspire to write some phenomenal fanfiction that would blow everyone's mind. As he said multiple times already, "What I want is to write something that I could relax my mind in while doing so and not some overly dramatic sh*tstorm. That's not my style and never will be. Dramatic sh*ts are already plaguing everyone's life right now so I, for one, don't enjoy writing about sob stories"(Basically my interpretation of his replies to the comments. Don't take my word for it though). Maybe, after reading bits and pieces of the novel, you'll go like, "Oh, that's something that's already in the original! Can't you write something more ORIGINAL, Author!?" Well, in my humble opinion, you should go look at which section you are right now. What type of book is this? A fanfiction. What style did the author say he wanted it to be in the introduction? A Wish Fulfillment and/or Self Insert(something along those lines). So, clearly, this isn't exactly the place where you should be looking for and mayhaps even demanding the story to be ORIGINAL. That's because, no matter how hard any author try, a fanfiction will always be that, an fan art that was made by a, obviously, fan who likes the original work. That's it. Original Idea or not, slap it in a fanfiction and it's already gonna reek of the same smell as the original story. If you want something original, go read the original titles in this site. There's many of them and your entire lifetime is probably not even enough to read all of them. Character Design. Enough said. The author chose characters from other original novels that he likes(maybe?) while trying his best to make them stay true to their characters. Whether he failed or not is up to your view about it. I'd like to say that he did quite well but it obviously needs more work, a lot of it. From what I heard, he even went as far as reading the original material a few times to get the info he couldn't get from the fandomwikis. Updating Stability. This fanfiction updates pretty much everyday. This novel started in around November and it's now in chapter 160. What can you say about the update schedule? World Background. This one hasn't been explored too much so I can't say much about it. Overall, this novel is not for someone who likes to read a novel filled with developments each and every chapter. I myself read this to pass time and to just chill around. Well, I hope this will help you future readers in deciding whether or not you want to read this work or not.
