that sounds v good but instead of the potatoes cooked with the rest I prefer making some I to mashed potatoes and scooping some of the meats and vegetables and whatever gravy can be produced over them, it'd v good, esp with some rolls(preferably Hawaiian rolls) to dip into the gravy as well
