Does that mean if an unawakened soldier in the real world killed enough awakened nightmare beasts they would awaken? how does the Nightmare Spell deal with this?

Remember, that is all of humanity. We all think that we are being logical but whilst it is confusing and annoying to think about our research in psychology shows emotions change what is logical to the person and what's worse is the more that a person feels that they are not emotional they are (MRI scans) they just can't feel it, so she probably feels quite neutral and thinks "this is logical to everyone".

The description of the charm simply stated that breathing was the essence of life, and beauty was its purpose. One had to be able to see clearly to appreciate beauty, and live long enough to enjoy it.
