So the story was decent up until the point the author decided to nerf the MC in a ripoff of the Mushoku Tensei teleportation incident at chapter 100. It's not just the nerf itself that's annoying (which it absolutely is). It's the fact that the nerf takes away his potential completely. The whole time, the MC had been doing his monologue about how he didn't have much potential and he needed the dragon heart to increase it and all that jazz. Then, he loses it completely. What even was the point of hunting for the dragon heart then? I'm sure he's gonna get his powers back somehow eventually. I just don't care enough about this story enough now to find out how. With the way these kinds of stories go, we'll have to wait for like 30 to 40 chapters before the MC starts making the slightest progress into regaining a tiny portion of the power from before the nerf. Not putting up with that lol This isn't the first story I've read where the author decided to arbitrarily nerf their protagonist to forcefully create some kind of drama or tension in the story. And sadly, this probably wont be the last.

As other reviewers have pointed out, this story nabbed the title and synopsis from 重生红龙:自律就变强 but has a completely different plot from that. There's no "translating" being done here for a Chinese novel of that name. Story itself, while having noticeable inconsistencies, is still decent. I don't particularly dislike the story so far. But the title and synopsis having absolutely no correlation with how the story is progressing is kinda bothersome. Masquerading as a translation of a novel instead of just posting this as an original story seems suspicious.

i think minoppa's argument was that he didn't really work for the system. It was given to him by something else. It's not something that he put his own effort into. So, everything special about him came from the system which wasn't something that came from his own merit.
