what would be the point of making homelander stronger in the world of ice and fire?

I always ask why make a character too overpowered, not only super Soldier serum but also a system. one of these would have been enough, but nooo, let's go straight into absurdity. the way I see it, if you make your character overpowered in a specific way, you should also not do so in other ways. for example a character with genius intellect/knowledge, shouldn't have superhuman athletic capabilities. that way the character actually has to rely on solving problems with his mind and not with force. You don't make a mage also a great warrior and you also don't make a Warrior also a great mage. the master of all is the worst kind of overpowered character, they don't need to struggle or ask for help, because they are the best at everything. you now have a Robert who is unbeatable in physical combat, but also has a system that literally can "Google for information/knowledge", giving him basically encyclopedic Knowledge.
