happened to me when I was 10 (prob cause of how many times I was on the verge of death before that), and because I used to not even be able to control my inner monologue, I was under an almost constant mental breakdown over it until for the next 5 years and finally became numb to it cuz of depression. So, problem solved, I guess? Still wake up in the middle of the night having a panic attack and hallucinating dying every so often tho......
