11, on the verge of 12. and yes, of course he knows what blood smells like. he was abused remember, besides as kids we tried smelling and tasting blood. the real question is why would he not remember what blood smells like?

i was definitely going to have him explore the other religions. first was the Norse due to their runes, then Egypt. didn't have plans on Percy going to the camp tbh. maybe to get the bolt, but he will have someone deliver it. because I have plans on making Percy utilize runes for defense and offense
