Avg running speed of a fit person is 6-8 minutes per mile. Avg walking speed is around 15-20 minutes a mile. The time described isn’t too far off

Queen flapped her wings with the silver fox in her arms. The silver fox didn't seem to be doing so well, and looked incredibly week. When Han Sen returned to them, it leapt onto his shoulder and stayed there, unmoving. - Amarynd2yrCommented
