the guy/girl releases every single day, 365 days a year, cut them some slack, if the cost of the privilege means that much to you then you're spending beyond your means, mental health matters, people are allowed breaks dude, rather than criticise, maybe accept the change and ask for an extra chapter later on down the line, it's Xmas for some and a well earned break for others. Be better
