thrn what would it do. a lord is someone that rules and leads their people to prosperity this has skills for awakenings it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what his abilities would be and even on the off chance he somehow has no abilities to boost his subjects he can still organise them and if a tide of slimes came to a town they're still screwed

I think this is sarcasm if it's not, many people do so parents do back breaking (sometimes literally) work to provide for their children and give them a proper future if successful the child could then grow up and hopefully succeed enough to afford a better one for their child repeating until one dies without a child or skill for the child, gives up or they become a powerful family with a lineage
Therefore, they could a lot of the time only succumb to the fate of having a Main Manual of lower star grade and try their best to hunt enough to be able to afford a higher grade in the future as a Side Manual. there's literally lord type awakenings nothing said only humans have it also what's to stop a human from awakening a lord type talent related to ruling goblins it's not reaching if anything it's underselling it these are awakening built solely for leading and strengthening am army or faction said goblin Kings in other fantasies don't have that, they just organised them, there are tangible boosts from having an actual lord type leader
