Shen Yan is absolutely going to be tearing her hair out now... She finally made peace, saying that she is over him and that he is a dishonest asshole (Which is true). Now here is her sister from left field coming in saying that she saved her and sent her to play guardian spirit for her. How much do you guys want to bet she turns around or throws a tantrum?

I think the fight was way closer than you think. Earlier, it was stated that it took 3 elders to drive the God Phantom away. And that was with it in peak condition. Even in its peak, even when it was 1v1 against the Artifact Elder, the dude just popped a shield and was able to get away unconscious. Now, her Immortal artifact that was meant to Pincer the remaining Demon Refinement members got used up on Li Miyaung on accident and she lost an arm against the Mantis. I'm not saying she couldn't have gone for broke and let her sect get wiped out in exchange for killing Li Miyaung, but with Yan Xiarou going nuts it'd be a coin toss to actually secure the kill. Li Miyaung stood his ground initially because he was confident that he could kill it, between the Mantis and Yan Xiarou. And even without Li Miyaung, there hasn't been any casualties among the Elders who have faced this thing. TLDR, without her roadblock artifact her sect can't trap him. And with the Phantom critically wounded, the power difference between Yan Xiarou and the Phantom isn't great enough to not simply just run away. Did she "win" the fight? Sure. And if Yan Xiarou tried to stand her ground she'd have killed everyone. But no roadblock, no risk at simply running away. Simple as that.

I dunno. If the last time I saw someone, and they threw the remnants of both an Immortal and an Evil God at me, I'd get ready to kill on sight.

I must say... If Li Miyaung ever managed to somehow complete Wild grass first he could have gotten so many more benefits from it.

I think it's a mistranslation for "Official", or perhaps more accurately an Elder. like Yan Xiarou before him, she was originally the Enforcement Hall Elder despite being only at the Spirit Travel Realm, only making a Breakthrough to Purple Mansion due to Li Miyaung loosening the Chains of Cultivation when he ascended.

He can literally dissect her every mood and feeling, including when exactly every development happens, but he can't pick up on cues of woman hitting on him whenever he meets anybody. How the fuck?!

I'm having great difficulty determining whether he was showing her his "Sword" Dao or his Sword Dao... Cause, by some artistic masterpiece, the writing can very easily be referring to both forms of The "Sword".

Dragon girl is absolutely the commentary we all needed. It's fucking hilarious to watch her point out how Oblivious Li Miyaung has been all this time, and the reactions that she's been waiting for make me think she enjoys watching this play out more than the dramas she spectates.
