perhaps not, but every time duplication recieved an upgrade the definition for what the new term is (including decuplicate) was defined by explicitly stating it is a ten times multiplication factor, thus defining it within the bounds of the fantasy boom we are reading. if you're curious nullinium and mananium aren't words either, but they are defined through the context of the book, so it's kind of nitpicking to choose to bring up this word

well, if we expand upon what we know. it has to be a place outside of the boundary of reality. which means that the natural laws of reality don't affect this place and only the ones that come from it. so it would have to be a place outside of natural laws like continuity, relativity, even manadynamics and entropy likely not existing in this place or existing in a different form. a place outside the very space time continuum of reality
