a new daimyo would take the seat either a heir or close advisor. so he'll have to kill many people and find them. it's currently put that ninja villages can't survive for long without a daimyo cause no funding and income. that's the way the current systems setup to where villages have to rely on the daimyo

tsunade is bad at managing her own finances and also at this point she gave up on gambling or wasn't as addicted. also I don't think the village suffered from finances with her in charge she was good at managing just terrible with her own personal money

feel like it's kinda justified been awhile since I watched it but I believe the healing is very rare. and he has no mana usage he's basically op with a healing spell especially once he gets it to be chantless then he can just be constantly healing every second of a battle which would make him op in endurance battles
