I disagree, Xiao has been showed not to care of the origin of a technique, only the effects. His biggest qualms about demonic techniques is how recognizable they are. He mentions two or three times how demonic techniques and items are to be destroyed immediately, yet he constantly keeps, uses, or sells demonic Dao items. Even his immortal binding rope is a yellow springs Dao item, making it a demonic Dao item.
