after checking their Patreon is seems they currently have 39 chapters so i think they are continuing this

hope you will one day return this is one of the best works i have read.

maybe some kind of appraise ability that relies on the users knowledge and insights. so it would scale as he gains more knowledge. this also means that as he learns things he then could appraise something like his vehicles and see its flaws.

i don't think so the ocean is made up of seas like the Pacific and Atlantic among others but i could be wrong

maybe hextech from Arcane i dont know much about it but it seems pretty advanced

i definitely prefer this slower more natural character development then just forcing it.
