Having nuclear weapons more than the superpowers was the reason for Kingdom Blade to be targeted by the united nations. Also, he may or may not have enforced some strict rules such as only 1 child per family, everyone above the age of 18 must take military training and go to a job, a death sentence for almost all crimes. Also, he may have killed a few people who tried to bring democracy to Blade and a few journalists who tried to do some investigative journalism.
