This mc is very contradictory, everytime he. The author tried to portray him as becoming more evi he reverts back to being a pathetic bitch, its like the author is using this to make two kind of readers read his novel, the one who enjoy evil mcs and the ones who want cold mc but care about closeones, for examble go read chapter 175 and then read 249. Its very annoying going back and forth either make him evil or just drop the act so i can stop reading.

Its not a change, its a skip. From the middle of second floor test, im fine with this, i almost thought the plot changed but i was wrong, it just skipped which is fine.

Dear author i might be wrong but i believe the dates are wrong from what i read, The mc age should be 15 now, But you wrote the year when he was born 105 and this chapter its 115 which would mean his age should be 10. (Bad explaination but you should be able to understand)
