I'm starting to think they're from New York
This is kinda comically considering RinoZ is Australian.
There's Isaac the ant calvary but no Isaac, the thinker, Newton.
Questioning every order of her superior is an easy way get court-martialed or whatever they have in the abyssal legion.
I kinda like the fact RinoZ is Australian because there's a new chapter every morning for people in central Europe. It's great entertainment when eating breakfast, waiting for your buss or just chilling at home before going to work or school.
On a serious note archeologists in the future will be able to word date this to 2021 to possibly the next generations if doesn't die out like the centipedes who will disappear in the near future.
Wouldn't expect any less she was very charming, especially that crazed personality for ice cream...
Of course, that's why I said except Anthony's. The colony's industrial capabilities are always improving and therefore will be able to supply gear multiple times better than whatever a first stratum ant could get in the first evolutions. Untill an ant becomes a pioneer like Antony and make the colony unable to provide equipment better than what their own evolutions can bring metal and alloys will always win in the competition of durability, sharpness and hardness. Also consider the strategical possibilities of equipment: If a ant gets injured they are no longer battle capable and will require a healer but with armor if that gets damaged as long they have a capable commander (the new champion forgot her name) retreating and resupplying with pre battle made equipment will be no issue. This new commander also resolves another flaw with armor and that's endurance, mandible enhancers are only a few kilograms max 40 but ant armor will be very heavy(this is very dependant on ant size) and so the ants stamina will be a critical thing to manage. Lastly as I said about pioneers, I don't know if it's confirmed but it seems ants get stronger evolutions in the higher stages compared to normal monsters due to the dungeon thinking such a thing is close to impossible and therefore rewards the ant with a stronger evolution. Imagine if ants get ahold of legionary armor production ants untill tier 6 maybe 7(if they aren't mythic) will just waste evolutionary energy because that armor will always be better, but it's not like they cannot switch when they reach tier 7. If another ant does become tier 7 evolutions do allow for resets as seen with Antony he got offered things below the 5th possibly materials from the 7th or higher, So when an ant reaches this pioneering status just reset armor and mandibles in the evolution. The lower the colony gets the harder this pioneering status will become to obtain as materials offered in the resets of tier 7 ants will already be available to the colony. This is truly the last thing: Mages, they have to waste energy on armor(even if magical amplifying armor exists, still a waste but not useless as special metals that already have this function must exist.). Mages stand still as their battle is controlling mana around them and so they have to spend energy to get armor in case of accidents like rouge spells or a enemy projectiles.
This is absolutely insane! First, Tiny got armor then the immortal legion and now your everyday ant will get mandible enhancers. Just Imagine, the reason abyssal legion became so powerful was because of technology and humankind is so dominant because of tools, and so the possibilities are endless for antkind. The abyssi could fight thousands of inteligent tier 3 and 4 ants with just a few squadrons and now imagine ants in such armors, harder and shiner than any exoskeleton (except Anthony's) wielding mandible enhancers sharper and far more lethal than their natural counterpart. All of this technology will give the ants the extra oomph they need to get ever so close but never reach the queen's all-powerfull thwacks. But this extra power isn't only in terms of equipment but also in evolutionary energy, as evolving exoskeletons or mandibles will lose its usefulness in the face of the colony's industrial power!
Eon is the floor boss, I assume, or we will get some plot twist and there will be a boss in the ruins. I think the city was elf built and the ruins have something to due with the dungeon earning the name cave of myths. Just like in the skeleton floors there was furniture, the marshlands had the wired gauntlet & water mana mist place and not to mention the bosses I think the ruins are something related to outside history maybe even the gods.
nvm I'm stupid
anything?
