Bro the air is too picky with the age, Human body naturally goes under heavy development from birth to the age of 6, then it starts to recognise and adapt to the surroundings and reaches maturity during puberty. That means you can develop your body how ever u want after the age of 6 through proper exercise and diet, during maturity (puberty time) you create a foundation for your future, you have to take extra care on your personality and character development as this basically makes you who you are. So if the air is so special then the improvements and power up should start from birth uncontrollably and manually developed after the age of 6 till the peak of your life.
