I wouldnt be so sure now, hilston is strong enough to take arthur but he was never a hand to hand specialist, without abilities quinn is probably stronger and/or faster

I think it more means hes confident that the team will kill it with even minimal planning, not that he can actually say that because no one would trust it.

Theres probably an ability out there that can mimic one ability at a time, the thing that makes the blades scary is they have built up an infrastructure around mimicing abilities

They dont need the exact same ability, just one that similar enough to try and recover vorden
In the end, since Chucky had been such a good help to Sil, so far, Quinn told him what his ability was, and what their goal was. To try and find a certain person with a specific ability. He didn't go into much detail after this and he didn't need to. Chucky, with a clearer goal in mind with what they were trying to do, was ready to help.
