This novel really is not getting the attention it deserves. Just the characters in the novel make this novel top notch. They all have their own character growth, story and uniqueness. You would think that 7 people competing for the top is predictable, you can't just be more wrong. The end goal might be the same but every individual process is unique to their own. Also this novel is one of its kind. No dragon, phoenix, wuxia cultivation bs, all of the world building and power system is unique and a fresh new experience.

I am so confused? Which part is this? The Barbarian World? Isn't the skill he gained from there (the one that looks straight out of wuxia) just really looks like a bloodline skill. The skill provide the same benefits as a bloodline skill like vampire's and demon hunter's. The skill provides some stats per level and can be utilized offensively as an active skill. So I really don't see the problem since the original concept of the novel is still there and it also shows the direction in which or what makes advanced games more difficult than elementary games.

Review after reading up to 1100chapters 1. No, there's no harem, not even romance. 1 npc fell for the mc but suddenly disappears at ch. 600 after the mc tries to explore other world plots. 2. Technically, the mc's iq is average but he is good at grasping opportunities as well as clues and recruits the right npc for the job. He knows what he does not know and makes use of other people to cover this weakness 3. The zombies share some skills with the mc and he can grind skill level using the zombies but the skill level cap is tied to his level and leveling in the novel is hard work since it requires resource so the mc doesn't do it in one go but just most of the time uses the zombies for resource collection 4. The mc goes to battle too, like he'll die if he doesn't. His talent can only be used in the game (for now like til. ch 1100), he needs a way to protect himself (because he's greedy). Yeah, also it says afk in the title but the mc does a lot more legwork than you may think. He's also very good at undercover work and deception. No, he doesn't have a deception skill, he's just naturally good at it. It's what makes the novel humorous
