Well let me ask you this, if you heard that your childhood friend was in danger and you don’t t know his current situation, would go to where he is as fast as possible or stop to save a random person, endangering yourself along the way and risk said friend to be injured/infected? And the the baby was already dead so who cares? The mom was also gonna die (assuming they die when they get infected) And the author has been hinting for a while now that sky went through some dark sh*t.
