I find it a little odd that he keeps showing signs of 'young master syndrome' despite thinking of not making any enemies. someone who doesn't want to make enemies doesn't go around thinking they'll get revenge everything they get emplbarrased. and I'm finding myself cringing everything he does so

I binged the story so far and am really enjoying it. one minor pet peeve would be he seems a little disconnected from everyone despite being from modern earth. Would like to see him at least be more accepting of Xia Lihua's advances, since he feels like a eunuch so far.
"gonk with a gun" sounds better as a phrase than "gonk with an iron", so it would make sense even in this setting for someone to use gun over iron in this situation imo
is this a one shot? it seemed to wrap itself up already. Seemed like an interesting premise if you fleshed out his life as a noble, and the events leading up to this annulment cancelation
