not really. while it can be interpreted like that, hollow purple is simply the application for red and blue simultaneously. that means there is really not an infinite/imaginary mass(which even if it was imaginary mass it doesn't make sense for it to also contain the consept of erasure.) but it is simply that the atoms that make up matter that is caught up in the technique, simply experience a pulling and pushing motion at the same time, causing them to break their bonds(and since the six eyes operate at most on atomic level, the atoms should not be spirit into subatomic particles) giving the illusion that the technique actually erased them. Again if the technique WAS actually erasure, there would be no way to defend it, as well as i believe there would be a direct statement that hollow purple has erasure capabilities.

Hollow Purple doesn't erase matter, it pretty much shreds everything like a blender by pulling(blue) and pushing(red) it at the same time. it is not an erasure attack(nor is it stated to be by either the author or the fanbook)
