Why? The guild would get flamed for apparent incompetence and they are just trying to keep up their public support which is extremely important for their survival. Why give them so much trouble, don't need to reveal your secrets just a curt I will not answer as it touches upon my secrets, maybe at a later date in a few years. It has honestly gotten extremely childish at this point

Honestly think it'd be better w Thrud instead of Tyris, shel be more proactive and will take care of the correct and capable nobles while discarding the rest. She seems to care for her citizens to a certain extent which is unlike Tyris who does not care anymore. I also think there would be a way to move up under her protection and no other force would be able to argue or stand against her, like the nobles did to Lith.

No.. he will reach diamond after winning one more game and probably the rank after that too without a problem given enough time but he will eventually reach a level where he will not have opponent's like suppose after emerald (what I think comes after diamond) where there won't be enough players to actually get a game, saving these now and using them later to jumpstart his rank will result in him probably skipping past years of waiting for games in order to attain the rank he wants.
