If it had been me, I would have created a hoard all focused in my direction the moment I realized I could get xp through that shield. I wouldn’t even have chased them I who’d just create enough noise to come towards me. Then i would have left myself a 2-4 hour block to get out of there. Especially when she started using the Telekinesis. That would have been faster and easier. And don’t tell me she didn’t have time as she spent half of it running around chasing zombies.

Probably an advanced military world where this specific language is used to distance themselves from the enemy. Especially if they’re fighting other species like Zerks, but it could also be used to describe a human enemy and distancing themselves so there’s less psychological pressure

What I don’t understand about frozen apocalyptic novels is why people would be without winter clothes unless they’re from a tropical area. I have winter clothes in my closet. We also have three or four extra blankets in a closet, plus the small ones on the beds, couch armrest and the car. People being without winter clothes is rare so make it make sense [img=Why]
