my head cannon : the most serious is Pallez (Mr. Timely/ Error (I added a nickname for fun (yes I just watched Loki))) Mr. Door is more casual than Pallez but is still somewhat Serious Amon is a wild card, sometimes he'll be Serious, sometimes he'll seem Serious just to troll you, sometimes he'll seem easygoing while planing things seriously, sometimes he'll seem easygoing just because he's really is easygoing. to be fair CW did warn them. they were just too arrogant to only expect what they know, and disregarded any possibility of dangers they might not know of. like only expecting Hela and Gandalf and looking down on the church of earth mother and other factions which they clearly don't know anything about.
