There's a massive flaw in her logic. If these criminals are going to rob people in their cars and then they are certainly not above busting into stores and stealing a bunch of stuff or busting into people's houses and stealing their stuff it's just a different way of stealing.

From a very specific perspective, she would not be wrong, she's not exactly right either. what she said is to cut and dry these are criminals and they've been criminals for a long time they're going to steal money any way they can whether it's holding people essentially at gunpoint in their vehicles or just robbing banks either way bad people are going to do bad things. and their actions are certainly not the fault of Gary.
