About the quirk of the MC, Haki in itself would probably be considered as one singular quirk. However other people from the MHA verse might think that he has multiple quirks due to the variety of his powers.

The only kinds of people who had multiple quirks canonically are AFO and some users of OFA that had a quirk before receiving it. Then there are those received quirks from AFO.

Hey author two details I wanted you to notice. 1. The most important, this fanfiction contains NSFW stuff however it does not have any 18+ rated tags. Which is a rather important thing, kids could just be interested in your story and stumble in stuff that is not safe for them.
