oh really try optifine version, "I had 30/40 normal and 20 simple modded (extra Items + some lighting fixes + journey map) (definitely don't do shaders) (even lightweight one's take half of the frames." now with optifine I get 60 normally and 35 with mods. if you really want to play at good frames you could go i to setting and reduce the render resolution that will lower the resource needed to run the game you might even get 50/60 FPS with that even with that potato.
