He had heard how some of the humans believed wearing a wedding gown that belonged to some other person, which was not used, was considered bad luck. Well, she really hasn't suffered as much as Constance has suffered, if you all know what I mean. And since it's mother and daughter, they need to suffer double what Constance suffered.
