Time to give myself 5 like every other shameless author. As mentioned in the synopsis this is a hobby but it may change in the future if I can keep up, there is no upload schedule and I'll be releasing whenever I feel like it so take that as you will.

One eyed ghouls aren't able to since they're technically ghouls, you may be confusing that situation with Quinx

That only works for the normal/resistance skills, Kagune is in special skills which only goes up per evolution.
