I immediately consumed the herb. After few mins I felt heat and pain throughout the body. The body shape and height didn't change as it changed for super-soldier-serum. But after the pain & heat passed away my muscles felt more compact and stronger. Power was coursing through my body. Norse runes would make sense. necromancy from the Mage if he kills him. witchcraft from Michael's wife who's name I can't remember. you said alchemy. maybe geomancy or golem creation? given his interest in architecture and crossing it with alchemy it would make sense. lastly shamanism if you take the story to the american continents. possibly blood magic if Mexico or south America

your argument about kinslaying falls flat when you consider it was the greens who started that mess by killing a black. retaliation was a acceptable response though he should have aimed at the adults not children. I agree with you there.

fair point. however the games, at least the first 5, don't really say anything about the chiefs past at all other than he was genetically modified, as well as some cybernetic parts. we make some inferences but the Spartans past never really gets touched on. didn't play fall of reach so I don't know if there is more there. all the backstory is in the various anime's of it and the books
