Most likely "straight" no Yuri tag plus most female leads including genderbent ones are straight in Naruto.

I'd prefer yuri, she's mentally older than all the students, so I'd recommend waiting. Skip grade, another original character, travel, an older character. Anyways it's up to you author-san. We don't know where you want to take the story! Yuri tag will increase you readers base, though.

Apparently it's the gamers mind that makes her act like Hinata when she is around Naruto, her teacher and others as not to be found out. Though I am seriously wondering why that is a problem. The problem is that she discovered there is an option to turn it off, but still doesn't use it. Maybe she doesn't want people to be suspicious of her, but suddenly improving as she has, wouldn't that also be suspicious?!
